Our Clients: We are always looking for ways to become a valuable resource to our client companies. Free informational seminars, inspirational events for their staff, and a free annual Wage and Benefit Survey help them stay in touch with what is happening in the region. We get to know each company, their people, their business cycles, their customers and what kind of employee works best in their environment.

Our Candidates: We pledge to our candidates that we will make their job search experience as stress free and friendly as possible and that we will do everything in our power to help each person find a career path that is right for them and their family. We are a strong advocate for our employees in the market and serve as a resource for those who may need some assistance with resume revisions, testing or interviewing skills.

Our Co-workers: We share a spirit of cooperation and camaraderie between all of our offices. We encourage each other personally and professionally, and foster an environment where ideas can be exchanged and we all can think “out of the box." A large portion of our staff participates in a group called The Dream Team, in which we encourage each other to pursue dreams that involve any number of issues. The program is offered on a volunteer basis and with meetings scheduled after work hours. We have had staff return to school, pay off debt and become more financially stable, obtain industry certifications and improve relationships with family and friends. As we know more about what makes each person in our organization tick, we become stronger as a group.
