Marlene Brockmiller, President
Marlene has a vast background in the staffing industry including eight years as a manager with Kelly Assisted Living, the health care division of Kelly Services. During her tenure with Kelly she had both large market experience and training responsibilities throughout the country. She co-founded Workforce in 1994 and became the sole owner and president in 2001. Marlene earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She has maintained a focus on being a partner in the communities in which Workforce does business, including serving as a resource for new businesses interested in moving to the region. Her responsibilities within the company include staff development, providing operational direction and working closely with her management team to research and open new markets and plan for strategic growth.

Joe Rozier, Vice President
Joe joined Workforce in 1996 and currently serves as Vice President of Business Development. Over the years Joe has played an important role in the areas of executive recruiting, marketing, and business development, as Workforce Employment Solutions has grown into a staffing firm that now represents hundreds of companies in 2 states. Prior to Workforce, Joe served as Marketing Director at Washington University and has also owned retail stores in Missouri and Illinois. Joe is a graduate of Xavier University and serves on many community and state advisory boards.

Brad Kocher, Vice President
Brad joined Workforce in 1998 and currently serves as Vice President of Business Services. Brad’s primary responsibility is to manage the company’s financial affairs, but he is also involved in workers’ compensation and unemployment administration, staff benefits and maintaining phone and information systems. A graduate of Southwest Missouri State University, Brad's professional background includes accounting and finance positions with May Company and BJC in St. Louis and Little Tikes Commercial Play Systems in Farmington.

Jean Sellberg, Regional Director
Jean joined Workforce in 2006 as the Regional Director of the company. Jean is the driving force behind consistency with policies and procedures as well as maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Prior to joining Workforce, Jean oversaw customer relations for Ralston Purina, Ralcorp, Beech-Nut Nutrition and most recently, Spectrum Brands. Jean is a graduate of Fontbonne University.
