Our History

Responding to the needs of a region that was growing quickly in many business sectors, Workforce Employment Solutions was founded in June of 1994 in Farmington, Missouri. Our focus from the beginning has been to develop long-term, loyal relationships with both clients and candidates. We strive to provide an exceptional level of service that is uncomplicated and exceeds expectations. Our success has allowed us to expand to include six locations in eastern Missouri – Arnold, Farmington, Ste. Genevieve, Perryville, Cape Girardeau and Portageville – as well as an out-of-state location in Steeleville, Illinois. Workforce also manages the Career Placement office at Mineral Area College in Park Hills, Missouri.

Our staff has an average tenure of nine years and are respected professionals in their field. They are committed to being environmentally conscious in the workplace and at home and are deeply committed to personal and professional growth. They are leaders in their communities and have a history of involvement in numerous civic and volunteer organizations.

Recognized twice by INC magazine as one of the fastest growing, privately owned companies in the country, and the recipient of several state and national recognition programs. Workforce now places thousands of candidates each year with hundreds of respected regional companies.
