Company History Responding to the needs of a region that was growing quickly in many business sectors, Workforce Employment Solutions was founded in June of 1994 in Farmington, Missouri. Our focus from the beginning has been to develop long-term, loyal relationships with both clients and candidates. We strive to provide an exceptional level of service that is uncomplicated and exceeds expectations. Our success has allowed us to expand to include five locations in eastern Missouri – Arnold, Farmington, Ste. Genevieve, Perryville and Cape Girardeau – as well as two out-of-state locations in Carbondale, Illinois and Winfield Kansas.
