Partnership with Mineral Area College

Workforce Employment Solutions has an exciting new partnership with Mineral Area College offering Career Placement services to students and graduates! Through the partnership, we have created a new, innovative Career Placement office that will become the destination for MAC students and alumni in their job search by offering first-class placement assistance, networking, and post-graduate job assistance.

Company History

Responding to the needs of a region that was growing quickly in many business sectors, Workforce Employment Solutions was founded in June of 1994 in Farmington, Missouri. Our focus from the beginning has been to develop long-term, loyal relationships with both clients and candidates. We strive to provide an exceptional level of service that is uncomplicated and exceeds expectations. Our success has allowed us to expand to include five locations in eastern Missouri – Arnold, Farmington, Ste. Genevieve, Perryville and Cape Girardeau – as well as two out-of-state locations in Carbondale, Illinois and Winfield Kansas. Workforce also manages the Career Placement office at Mineral Area College in Park Hills, MO. Recognized twice by INC magazine as one of the fastest growing, privately owned companies in the country, and the recipient of several state and national recognition programs, Workforce now places thousands of candidates each year with hundreds of respected regional companies.
