Holcim (US) Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of cement and mineral components is constructing a new cement plant approximately 40 miles south of St. Louis, along the Mississippi River. The project is located in Jefferson and Ste. Genevieve Counties, Missouri and will be one of the most technologically advanced facilities in the world, producing 4 million tons of cement a year.
