Marlene Brockmiller, President and Owner
Marlene has a vast background in the staffing industry including eight years as a manager with Kelly Assisted Living, the health care division of Kelly Services, and more than a decade with Workforce. She co-founded Workforce Employment Solutions in 1994 and became the sole owner in 2001. Marlene is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelors degree in Public Relations. She is involved in many community activities including serving as a member of the Industrial Development Authority and has served as president of the Farmington Chamber of Commerce.

Joe Rozier, Vice President
Joe started with Workforce in 1996 as Director of Placement in the company's Perryville location. He then moved into the Vice President position in 2000 where he is responsible for the company marketing department as well as new client development. Joe is a graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati and his background is in the retail industry, owning a chain of retail stores in Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois for 20 years. He has also served as the Marketing Manager for Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Joe is involved in many community activities and is past president of the Ste. Genevieve Chamber of Commerce.

Brad Kocher, Vice President
Brad joined Workforce in 1998 and now serves as Vice President of Business Services. His primary responsibility is to manage the company’s financial affairs, but he is also involved in workers’ compensation and unemployment administration, staff benefits and maintaining phone and information systems. A graduate of Southwest Missouri State University, Brad's professional background includes accounting and finance positions with May Company and BJC in St. Louis and Little Tikes Commercial Play Systems in Farmington. Brad is active in many church and community activities, including organizing a benefit race for a local charity.
