MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN |
Seeking individuals with excellent mechanical aptitude to support an established maintenance program on blow molders, injection molders, and plant infrastructure systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills are required on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Position is directly responsible for completing periodic maintenance on equipment as well as breakdown maintenance and equipment overhaul/rebuild.

PRODUCTION WORKER |
Processes any combination of tasks involved in assembly of plastic articles, such as coolers, containers, etc. Follows set procedures concerning the processing of molded parts and the inspection of those parts. Operates a diversified amount of equipment throughout the process. Inspects both, visually and by feel, for imperfections of goods being produced. Follows and understands established quality standards.

WAREHOUSE WORKER |
Performs any combination of the following tasks to receive, store and distribute products and other materials in a warehousing environment: Reads customer orders, shipping orders, requisitions or other documents to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed. Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas using a liquefied propane gas (LPG) fueled lift truck equipped with forks, slip sheet attachment or a clamp lifting device. Sorts and places materials or items on racks or in warehouse storage locations according to predetermined sequence, such as model number, color, size or other distinguishing characteristics. Assembles customer orders from stock and marks orders with identifying information using stencil, labels or other marking devices. Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed. May use a computer terminal to make inquiries about orders or about product location and quantities. Compiles worksheets, records information on pick tickets, orders and prepares other documents to maintain accurate inventory records. Repetitively hand stacks cartons of product weighing up to 75 pounds in the warehouse. Loads trucks, ocean containers and other shipping vehicles with product either by hand or with a lift truck. Performs cycle counting and takes inventory. Cleans the warehouse, docks, truck pad and other physical structures using brooms, mops and other cleaning tools. Operates miscellaneous equipment including stretch wrapping machine, LPG bottle filling equipment and other office equipment including calculators and telephone.
